You can schedule an inspection of your house before blasting begins, if you are worried that it may be damaged. Claims for damage cannot be made without a prior inspection.
Call the Army Corps of Engineers at 201-339-6470 to make an appointment.

The Army Corps of Engineers' next phase of the dredging plan began August, 2008, and it is likely to include drilling and blasting around the St. George area.

I am acting as liaison between the Corps and the neighborhood. The web addresses below are intended to provide some background information about what's involved in the project, and to help in formulating questions to ask at the meeting. The map above shows the dredging area.
